If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by email at talesfromthefen@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return your item(s). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). If you have requested an exchange or credit note, these will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
